Hi Tuan,

As you know, I have various packages / plans already setup, that are fee based ones. However, we'd like to now offer 30 day trials that the client gets the chance to convert their trial in to a full paid plan, should they desire.

Is this in effect what the trial plans in this instance, 'Upgrade Options > To Plan' is for?

How can I set this up, so that I can allow them if possible to upgrade from the trial at the end of the 30 day trial period, to the full fee based version please and can they choose to do this X days before the actual end of the 30 day trial?

Regards,

Hi

So the trial plans are free plans, correct? If so, if you setup/enable upgrade options, users can still upgrade to the paid plans even after the trial subscription is expired. Not sure why you want to force them to upgrade before subscription expired? If their subscription is expired and they cannot upgrade, I think you will loose the subscription, mean losing money

Or I mis-understood your requirement?

Tuan
