Blank Terms and Conditions Page

I added an article to the terms and conditions in my plans. But when I click the link a blank popup comes up with no text

After looking a little more it looks like the link sends me to
/articlename/?tmpl=component&format=html

I noticed that If I load without the "?tmpl=component&format=html" the article opens fine in the popup.
What can I do?

Even further investigation shows that

tmpl=component if I remove this from the URL the article shows up

Usually, creating a hidden menu item to link to that article will solve the problem. Could you please give it a try?

If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page. We are going to check to see why the error happens and get it sorted

Created a Menu Item available only to super users and linked the article to that, Still blank.
Not sure if that is what you meant by "hidden menu item" will open a ticket

Make it available for super user only is not the right way. I am going to check and get the issue sorted via support ticket
