Export File Can Not Be Opened

Hai Tuan,

Since last year my setup is still the same in the config that is Export to Excel 2007 Xlsx format. Its important for me to manually export this format to my list and for backup. But since yesterday, strangely every time i export, the file can no longer be opened with MS Excel or mac apps Numbers. Any idea what happens? Perhaps if you can suggest any solution too?

Could you please change the format to CSV or to XLS format, then export again to see whether it works?

Hai Tuan,

I tried XLS and can not be opened too. Excel says there's something missing for XLS and XLSX format. I attach the warning on the attachment.

As for CSV it can be opened but it shows error when i tried to import it via aweber (Aweber usually accepts CSV too).
