New subscribers not creating an account for log in

It appears that everytime someone becomes a new subscriber it's not creating an actual Joomla account to log into the site.
I have to have the new subscribers create a FREE account on my site and then manually link the Subscription plan to the FREE account.

I didn't have this problem last year.

Any advice?

There might be changes on your site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page so that our developer can check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted for you
