Extra product as option by membership

I have 2 kind memberships where people have to pay for.

Is it possible that when they buy a membership that they can buy a product optional?

It is a membership to sell a house for one year, for 95 euro, when they choos that i will give thems optional a salesboard for 25 euro.

If they choose that option, they will be charged additional fee

The only probleem is that i put 24.79 euro for the bord. excl VAT, But now the total price bcomes 124,99 an it has to be 125,--

Can I fix that with a simple Fee Formula?

I have the feeling that we need to increase the database schema so that you can put more than 2 decimal numbers into the price to get exact 125 in final fee
