New Account Status for PAID New Plan Sign-ups

Can you tell me if I can set Membership Pro so that if someone pays for a New Plan application online, their subscriber status / Joomla user account still requires manual approval via the front-end Subscriber Management screen?

I need this because although I take online payment, accounts still need manual approval. In the event they are declined, I refund the money. This is made clear to the subscriber on the sign-up form.

You can only configure your site to require Joomla account approval by admin before the account become activated

Go to Users -> Manage, click on Options button in the toolbar, set New User Account Activation to Administrator

By doing that, even subscription is active, the account is still being blocked until Administrator manual approve it.

That should work for your case
