I can't save anything in the Configuration Screen

Hello guys,

Well, I'm having a serious problem with the configuration screen of my membership pro. I always get an error screen when I try to save anything in the Configuration Screen. I takes like 7-8 minutes trying to save, with the navigator loading icon in the tab, but it fails with the error below (screen attached). Everything else in the component is normal apparently.

This site can’t be reached
www.sitiorecantodossonhos.com.br took too long to respond.


Can you help me with that? There are really important things that I need to change in that screen, I can't continue without it. The Joomla version is 3.6.5 and the Membership Pro version is 2.8.0.

I only see this problem on Joomla 3.7.0 and 3.7.1 and older version of Membership Pro. The reason is because there is a bug in Joomla 3.7.0 causing the issue

So better, update to Joomla 3.7.2, latest version of Membership Pro (version 2.9.0), then check it again

Hi Tuan.

It's Leco here, I'm working with Raphael in that website.

Ok, I actually did recently what you told me to do with the cms and the component. Joomla now is updated to 3.7.2 and Membership Pro to 2.9.0 (re-bought). But I'm still getting the same issue, I can't save anything :(

I'm doing the updates in a copy of the website (just in case) to check if I gonna have any problems with the other components. But I can provide you some credentials, like FTP, admin, links and whatever you need. I really need to fix that issue and make it work in the real website. Can you help me with that?

I presume that I need to open a support ticket, so I'm doing that with the credentials now.

Hello Leco

Yes. Submit support ticket sending us super admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see why it could not be saved and get it sorted
