Possible to add users to Plans from the backend?

Yes. Just access to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, press New button in the toolbar to add new subscription records

You can also prepare data in an Excel/CSV file and use Import features to import these subscriptions into the system. See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/subscr...t/import-subscribers
