Custom Fields was created by Jeff
Can I use custom fields in reminder letters?
There don't appear to be many available fields listed for the reminder emails and our client wishes to customize the reminder emails going out to members with data in the members account.
Thanks

Hello Jeff
Unfortunately, for performance purpose, we don't support custom fields tags in reminder emails. The reason is because each time the script is run, it will send emails to multiple subscribers each time.
As of right now, only the following tags are supported:
1. [PLAN_TITLE]
2. [FIRST_NAME]
3. [LAST_NAME]
4. [NUMBER_DAYS]
5. [EXPIRED_DATE]
6. [PAYMENT_METHOD]
Regards,
Tuan
