Membership Pro not updating old Paypal accounts

I recently transferred my subscription processing from AEC to Membership Pro. We purchased the tool that will allow for the automatic updating of old AEC paypal accounts but the accounts are not updating. I still have to do it by hand. Any suggestions?

Could you please explain more details about the problem you are having? Look like you are saying that you still receive recurring payment from old AEC customers but their subscription is not extended/renewed in Membership Pro? If so, maybe you are not configured the system properly and I will need to take a quick look at your setup + might need you help to get the IPN messages sent from PayPal to your site... to figure out the reason of the error

Better submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can take a look at your migrated data first

yes, exactly, it is not updating membership pro. I'll fill out a support ticket

If it is possible, please check IPN History of your PayPal account, send me a sample IPN message of a recurring payment transaction which subscribed via AEC in the past

It will help me check it easier
