custom file field access

Hi there,
I added a custom file field which I want to be a required field on registration but not on profile change.
This can be handled via access policy (see attachment):

• public: shown on registration and on profile
• guest: shown on registration only
• registered: shown on profile update only

This works well for many fields but has a draw back on file type fields. You can't access the uploaded file
in the joomla backend when access policy is set to guest. E.g. the admin does not see the "gueast" field on the profile page of the user. So the link to the file is missing.
Could you please change that behaviour?
Furthermore I suggest to put a .htaccess file with access restriction into the file folder. Otherwise the world can access those files.
At least there should be a hint to protect that folder.
