Renew Options - some Plans do not show was created by Bill Van Vlack
I'm probably missing it, but I can't find where to set up the Renewal Plans that are displayed at the bottom of the Renewal screen.
We have four plans, 1yr, 2yr, 3yr, and 4yr. We'd like to make all plans available when someone renews. When I try to renew my personal plan (2 yr), only the 1yr and 2yr plans appear as options.
How can I make the 3yr and 4yr plans appear on the Renewal page?

Hello Derrick
The Renew Options section will only display renew options for plans which you subscribed, that's why it is called renew. I guess you haven't subscribed for 3yr and 4yr plans yet, and that's why there are no renew options for these plans
So for these plans, it is kind of new subscriptions and you will need to go to plans list page to subscribe for these plans
Hope my answers are clear to you
Regards,
Tuan

I guess our way of using Membership Pro is a little different than most; None of our plans offer more features than any other; they're just longer duration.
Our Plans are really dues for a club; 1 yr, 2yr, 3yr, 4yr. We mostly have 1yr members, but if we could put the multi-year options in front of them when they renew we might get more multi-year renewals. The only way a 1yr member could renew and choose a multi-year membership would be to let his membership lapse and then choose another plan. That's a fairly convoluted process and one which is not likely to occur to a member who wants to renew after receiving the renewal notices.

Unfortunately, that's not how Membership Pro is designed to work. Guess if there are more customers need it, we will consider adding support for it in the future
