Add site admin to all group memberships

is it possible to add the admin to see al group membership content? tried to manually add to a specific group but this did not allow content to be seen.

Can add admin to subscriber groups because it takes away joomla admin access.

What admin you are talking about? You are talking about super admin? Also, what's group membership content? Please give us more information so that we can understand and give you the answer

Yes super admin, I would like the super admin to be able to see all content that has been restricted via membership pro based on groups.

Example:
only Premier group can access certain articles. - currently if this is restricted when the super user logs in he also cannot see this content. note, I am using content restriction plugin.

Super admin should see every content. So you are saying that when super admin view that restricted content, he can access to it? This is wrong to me

You can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of the site, the link to the restricted content page, I will check to see why it doesn't work and get it sorted
