If I enter "st. john" (a person's surname) in the search field of the subscriptions page, it doesn't find anything, which is odd because this person has four subscriptions in there...
Maybe the . character causing the issue but I am unsure. If it is possible, please submit a support ticket, I would like to check it directly on your site to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
