Coupon Code within Link?

Hello,
I'm wondering...

Is there a way to create a coupon code and then have it be used automatically within a link, by perhaps adding a parameter within the signup link?

I haven't tried yet. But I think it is possible. You can try:

1. Get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_osmembership/view/register folder. Make a backup of the original file first before uploading this new file

2. Then try to pass the coupon code you want in the URL sign up form via coupon_code variable. coupon_code=THE_CODE

Then check it again, it should be filled automatically to subscription form
