Paypal renewal reports cancellation

Paypal renewal reports cancellation was created by Bill Van Vlack
We had a member renew their subscription a few days prior to expiration. They paid by Paypal, and when they selected the Paypal option to return to our website they got a cancellation message. The subscription shows in the Subscription History for the member, and their status remains Active..

Is there any reason that MP would act this way?

Hello

No, there is no reason Membership Pro should do that. After the payment completed, did Membership Pro renew the subscription properly?

Please let me know so that we can think about it further to see what could be the reason

Honestly, I have no clue about this issue. Maybe that's just a problem with PayPal for that subscription

Please keep monitor the system to see whether it happens again
