Restricted Urls can still be accessed after Logout was created by Rheza
Hai Tuan,
I have a problem where after logout, subscriber can still access the url pages that was originally setup as restricted (member only) urls.
The way i setup is like this:
1. I setup 3 urls that users cannot access if they are not members. Its working fine when non-member tried to access, they cannot get in.
2. In the Plug in Membershipro, i setup "Block Account when subscription Expired" to "Yes"
3. After registration, a user needs to activate via e-mail activation.
4. Problem arise right after they register.
Here are the problems that occur:
1. After registration, the status of Joomla User is still "Disabled" and "Deactivated" since they probably haven't done activation or sometimes they register with wrong e-mail format.
==> When Disabled and Deactivated users try to login. They are denied to enter. But the restricted Urls become accessible by them.
2. When they successfully become active member. They can login just fine. But when they Logout and redirected to homepage, They can still go back and access to the Restricted Urls.
I have tried to look for the answers on this problem but seems not to find it until now.
I hope to find a shed of solution from you as this has been going on for a while.
Thank you for taking the time to look at this mater.
Regards,
Rheza

Hai Tuan,
Just to clarify again where the problem is:
1. Disabled and deactivated members can still access the restricted urls.
2. After active members logout, they can still access restricted urls.
Thank you if you can take sometime to help me.

Hello Rheza
The question is how did you config the extension to restrict access to these URLs? What method you are using? Could you show me a screenshot of how you setup it?

Hi Tuan,
Here's how i setup the restriction:
1. I'm using Restrict access to any pages (urls) method
2. I Activate Plugin Membership Pro Urls Restriction.
3. I Setup in Plan's Urls Access Setting and put in 3 urls to restrict public access.
If you need more info please let me know. I attached some screenshots too.

Your settings look all correct to me. So I don't understand why it doesn't work. In this case, please submit a support ticket so that I can check it directly on your site to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Hai Guys,
We already solved this problem, Tuan figured it out instantly. Great help from Tuan and team thank you.
If you run in to the same problem, check if:
The restricted Urls you put inside the plan should be differentiated between Http and Https.
If you have both of them, make sure to put them in.
It makes the difference in my case.
Thank you,
Rheza
