Pending subscriptions : email becomes blocked

Hello,

How do I stop pending members (subscriptions that have either failed or been cancelled) from having their emails blocked so they are able to re-subscribe with the same email?

Please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Only Create User Account when subscription Approved/Active

With that setting. the system will only create user account if the payment success, so it will avoid blocked account and users cannot use the same email again to register for a new account
