Hello,

Having issues with email reminders being sent.

The test email in global settings sends okay, but invoice reminders, password retrieval etc is not working.

Hello Keith

1. Joomla and Membership Pro, actually rely on the mail server of your hosting provider to deliver email to end-users, so in case email doesn't work, there might be a problem with your mail server

2. Password retrieval is a Joomla core behavior, and it works (this is used by million of websites in the internet). So in your case, it doesn't work mean there is a problem with your email or with the mail server:

- Try to use a different email
- If above still doesn't work, you will need to contact your hosting provider, ask them to see why the email is not delivered. They will check their mail server logs and guide you to solve it further
