Does not export to xlsx

hi,
I am using version 2.7.0 of membership pro. I do not know what happened when trying to export the inscriptions to xlx the file comes empty and excel sends a message that does not recognize the exported file.
How can I resolve this problem?

Please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, look at Export Data Format, set it to CSV

After that, try again. It should work as expected

I set up for CVS and it worked. Then I set up for Excel 2003 and it worked too. Just does not work for excel 2007.
