Just want to update that this option is now implemented and will be part of 2.9.0 release which is planned for the next 7- 10 days

When an offline payment for a renewal or upgrade is approved, what email goes out? I see the general subscription approved subject / body, but no specific one for either renewal or upgrade. Can we get a specific one for those 2 types of memberships?

Hi Brian

Currently, we don't have specific subject / body for renewal and upgrade approval. I will see if I can add support for it in the next release which I am working on at the moment

It is something easy to add, not sure if it is really needed. Any other customers need it?

We don't have many upgrades - but we do have renewals that are "Pay at Meeting" (offline) - so at least that one would be good.
Is there any email that does go out for that? IE the standard offline approval message?
