Subscribe to different plan based on custom field

Hi, is it possible to have a single registration form, where, based on selection in custom fields (for example male or female) you could subscribe to specific plan, one for male, another for female? As far as I have seen, right now you have a separate registration form for each plan. Or am I missing something?

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported. So instead of creating custom field to allow users to select the plan they want, please create different subscription plans

If there are more customers request supporting this feature in the future, I will try to support it
