Incorrect price on renewal was created by Trevor Smith
We increased the annual fee of one of our plans from £90 to £95. The plan price and plan renew price are both set at £95.
We recently renewed several subscription off-line payments using the Subscriptions Management page by ticking the box alongside the subscription and clicking 'Renew Subscription', The subscription is renewed for a further year but at the old price of £90.

What do we need to do to get it to renew at the new price of £95?

regards
Trevor

Hello Trevor

It is a bug in the current renew process from backend because the system use the data of existing record (mean old price)

We are going to check and correct it for the next release. For now, maybe instead of using that Renew Subscription button, you can create a new subscription record for that user in the same plan

Then the price will be calculated properly
