I remember this issue happens one time in the past but honestly, I don't remember how we fixed it, it is something related to javascript

So in this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We will check directly on your site to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

I have been caught by this a few times and I think it is because the default button on that page is the 'New' button. If you click on the magnifying glass next to the search field it works OK.
