File upload file limiting _feature request

Hi, i finished setting up my MembershipPro and all go well so far.
I have one request if possible for future versions. I want to be able to limit the size of file uploads from within MembershipPro. I know it can be done via php.ini but this will give us problems with the rest of the site.
