Hi Tuan,

I've got a plan with upgrade options to another plan, prorated by time. A user upgrading with time left on their current plan doesn't get that time added to the new plan. Is this expected?

For example:
original plan from 3/1/17 to 3/31/17 active

user upgrades to new plan on 3/6/17

original plan from 3/1/17 to 3/6/17 expired
new plan from 3/6/17 to 3/6/18 active

I expected

original plan from 3/1/17 to 3/6/17 expired
new plan from 3/6/17 to 3/31/18 active

Could you please make a screenshot showing me the upgrade rule you setup?

Hello
I just wondered if there had been an update on this topic yet as I am interested in using the prorated option for early renewing or upgrading of plans too.

Many thanks

Chris

This issue was already fixed (I don't remember when I updated the download package with this fix)

So please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version, upgrade it to your site if you still get this issue

Regards,

Tuan
