Hello Fabian
Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, there is a config option called Term and condition article . Select the article you want, then check it again, it should work as expected

Tuan,
can you make it possible to REMOVE the article?
Once we select an article, we are now stuck with the checkbox for accepting the terms. Even if we do not want to have the checkbox anymore.
I was able to remove it directly from the database field (in config, and in the plans), but it would be good for others to be able to have 'no terms'.

I was just about to write a thread about this, having just stumbled upon it also but thankfully somebody has already done so.
My issue is that I had placed an article in the Global T&C's field, in Configuration but now I needed more fine-tuned one's specific to my various plans and therefore make use of the plan specific T&C's instead but then found that I was still been served the global one from Config screen.
I will for now hunt down the global version in phpmyadmin and delete it from there but be great to see the X ability in Configuration section in the next release.
Regards,
