Pending status after paypal payment

Hi Tuan,

I would like to know it is possible to avoid activation of plan subscription after paypal payment .
Before i want to make some checks before activation (manuel activation by admin like for offline payment process)

Hello Yao

Membership Pro doesn't support that option. However, there is workaround which you can use. Go to Users -> Manager, click on Options button in the toolbar, set New User Account Activation parameter to Administrator

With that setup, new users can still subscribe to the plan, subscription is active but account still being blocked, so they cannot login yet. Then you can verify the subscription, if that's valid, then you can enable the user account so that users can login to access to restricted resources
