Hide a plan from public view was created by Ric McDonald
Hi Tuan
We have a free life membership category that we do not want people to see but superusers can.
is there a way to do this?
I have tried setting its access as a menu item only shown to superuser but then the form pre-fills with the superuser information as a renewal not what I want,
I would like the superuser to be able to fill in the application for Life membership on behalf or a non existing user or an existing user but the form should not be shown to anyone else.
The only way I have been able to do this to date is to unpublished the category unless I want to use it , then publish it while I fill it in and then unpublish it again after , which is not an easy way of doing this.

Using access level would be the right way. However, for this kind of requirement, I think you can create subscription record from administrator area. Wouldn't it be better? Just go to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, press new button in the toolbar to create a new subscription record?
