Error at new subscription

I have a problem occurring on a customer's site. Without any changes to config (as far as I know), the following message has started appearing when a new subscription is attempted.

Error
You had one offline payment renewal already. Please make payment for the renewal before renewing it again

This is when it's a new subscription and no previous account.

Any ideas?

Honestly, it is one bug of version 2.8.0 and it was fixed in the download area. I am working on other small improvements and will release new version this weekend

For now, please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version, upgrade it to your site and the error will be gone

Just want to let you know that it is now in version 2.8.1, so update to version 2.8.1 and the error will be gone (hopefully you updated it)
