Hi Tuan,
Have you had any reported issues with CB integration, since 2.8 the CB signup screen is blank. Also if I enable "use CB API! in settings it throws up an error on process signup saying someone else is using that userID. Unfortunately your upgrade came at a similar time to my hosting company moving my site to a new server - trying to track this one down is proving to be a pain.
As I have not updated anything on CB for a few months now I doubt that they are the problem, but........

Could you please try to get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_osmembership/helper folder of your site, then check it again and let me know if it works

Hi Taun,
Found it !
Not sure whether it was your latest release or the migration of my website but the offending item was your "Membership Pro Registration Redirect" plugin that somehow was enabled. Once disabled all is fine.

I will try to check that plugin to see why it causes the error. If the error is valid, I will correct it in the next release

Hi Taun,
I think the error was being caused by the non existent link that was in the plugin - but I agree that a 404 error would have much more useful for diagnostic purposes.

Ah, so you entered an URL into the Redirect URL parameter of the plugin and it causes the issue? If so, it is an expected behavior
