urgent issue with emails

hi we are having an urgent issues with our welcome emails.

we have not touched the, but all the code in the editor has gone including the image:

Maybe there is a problem with the HTML editor you are using. Please try to go to System - Global Configuration, change default Editor config option to a different editor (for example, TinyMCE), then check it again to see whether it works

hi it was working perfect yesterday.

i just checked it was set to tinymce.

i changed it to another, and yes the code is still retained thank god.

however, any ideas? we have not made any changes to the site or installed any new extensions, we just installed a SSL certificate yesterday.

In this case, I have no clue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can try to check it.

Look like there might be some javascript conflict or something like that causing the issue

OK. I checked and found that it seems there is a problem with TinyMCE editor on your site. The same issue happens when you add/edit a Joomla article using TinyMCE, too

I would suggest that you try to find and install a different editor like JCE editor, then check it again to see whether the issue sorted

Also, when you need to your site goes live? You marked your posts as urgent but I also too busy and could not always be available to answer you right away
