issue with welcome email being sent

hi we had been blocked for spam on our server last night, so most of our new subscribers didnt receive the welcome email.

How do we resend the welcome email to them through the system?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have a way to resend email for subscription, so there is no way to re-send welcome email yet

Something we can try to add support for in the next release

There would be an email send by Joomla core to inform users about the new account (if the imported user doesn't have an account yet)

It is the imported users which will receive email. However, as I said, he will only receive email if he doesn't have an account on your site before

The easiest way to confirm is that you create a sample file with one record, try to import it into the system to understand how it works
