issue with re-occurring subscription

hi we recieved this notication:

Dear Administrator

User Lauren Batchelor has just cancelled his recurring subscription for Nissan Membership. His subscription will be expired at 2018-02-27 23:28:08

Does that mean they cancelled their re-occuring subscription through PayPal?

How does this work?

Yes. That mean he logged in to his PayPal account and cancelled the recurring subscription. When he cancelled the recurring subscription from their PayPal account:

1. The current subscription will still remain active until the end of the subscription

2. Then it will be expired. No payment for renewal will happen for that subscription in the future
