CSV Exports was created by Alan Bennett
These are some what spoiled by the following issues:
Column name is the column name and not the label configured in custom fields. This confuses by committee.
State is exporting the coded value of the state which is not understood by the people who need the data. We need an option for it to be the text vale as displayed on screen.

Hi Alan
For now, we will leave it as how it is. The reason is because the result of the export not only used for processing but also using for importing back to system (after making the changes if needed)
Maybe in future releases we can have a config option for this if there are more customers need it. For now, I want to focus working on other more important improvements first
