Users Not Activated or Enabled in Joomla (Solved)

I'm currently testing in sandbox but whenever i sign up an account the users fail to be enabled or activated in the Joomla users list. I have the option of sending the activation email set to off but they are not activating. I even enabled the IPN logs and it looks like information is coming back from PayPal with the payment listed as completed. In the subscriptions list the subscriptions are in there as active as well.

Following a successful payment I would like the users account to be fully activated and enabled so that it does not need admin involvement. Please help.

Please try to go to Users -> Manage, click on Options button in the toolbar, find the parameter New User Account Activation, set it to Self. Then check it again

I think at the moment, account is not being activated properly because you set the above parameter to Administrator, so admin has to activate the account manually. Set it to Self should help solving the issue
