I am not seeing the update credit card process when I login to an account having a recurring subscription. Can someone step me through the way to update credit card info?

it is the same place with where you cancel recurring subscription. I updated the correct Stripe payment plugin to your site and you should see it now

Update: Tuan was able to get the update process installed. I have no idea why the Stripe plugin did not actually update.
Anyway, all seems right and I will be letting our users know this feature is now available.
Thanks to Tuan and to the wonderful support we have with Membership Pro. I recommend Membership Pro to everyone I know looking for membership/subscription management software.

Thanks for your nice words, John. If anyone has the issue, it would be better to uninstall the Stripe payment plugin, then download the latest version from My Downloads section, re-install it to make sure it is updated to latest version
