Family or Couple Tennis Club Membership

What is the best way of setting up Family (4) or Couple (2) membership to join a tennis club for 12 months ? Can I collect the information for all the members of the Family / Couple ?

I don't know what is the best way to handle this requirement. Maybe you can create a custom field to allow choosing the type (Family or Couple). This could be a radio or List custom field

Then create additional custom fields to collect members information. That should be custom fields dependency so the fields will only be displayed if choosing certain type. See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-...tional-custom-fields
