subscription complete url not working?

Hi, I have a subscription plan which has a subscription complete url but while there are people subscribing, they're not being sent to the url. Any idea where I can start troubleshooting as I need this to work.

When the subscription is successful, the subscriber is shown a 'your payment was successful' message page.

That's strange. If you setup subscription complete URL for the plan, subscribers will be redirected to that URL after subscription completed

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to subscription form, we will check and correct it for you
