Customized 404, if user has not yet subscripted

We want to send e-mail newsletter containing links to articles on our Joomla website with Membership pro Plugin. The user should then get a page which says, that he needs to subscript or log in first, to view this article. How can I handle that?
Currently he only gets the "404 Article not found" error page: www.iss-ag.ch/de/?option=com_content&view=article&id=124

The link above indicate that the link of the article is not correct. You need to insert the correct link to view article in the email newsletter. if you send a wrong link like this (not anything related to Membership Pro), it won't work

You're right: I misconfigured the category of this article. Now I removed the category and the link returns "You are not allowed to view this resource". I think, i'm a one small step ahead. But I need, that the user sees a page like: You need to subscript to see this ressource. Please create an account or log in. How can i achieve that?

I've got this working. I had to install the Plugin "Content - Membership Pro Content Restriction" and then I had to surrender the content I needed to restrict to subscripters by: {mprestriction ids="1"}Restricted Content{/mprestriction}
