Hello Rick
There is actually difference between Save and Apply:
1. Apply: After data is being saved, you should be redirected back to the edit screen
2. Save: After data is being saved, you should be redirected back to subscriptions list screen
Maybe you are trying this feature from frontend and it has bug?
