Need some feedback from members, please.

Not sure where to go. I have had this site aldonhometutoring.com going for over a year now. It offers English and Maths online tuition. l need help to see why no one is using membership pro. The site is free and has had many views. Can I ask members to look at it. I pm'd Tuan to get his permission to post this. Must say, I am very disappointed.

Honestly, I don't think you would receive feedback from customers here. Most of customers come here just to discuss about how to setup and use Membership Pro to meet the need

Back to your issues, it seems you give access to your items for free, then I don't think users would sign up. They only sign up if you force them to do so to see the items

So maybe you can consider using this method membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/resour...ss-to-any-pages-urls to restrict access to the pages on your site, ask them to subscribe for your plans before they can access to these pages

That would help solving your case, I think

I have tried to look at the site using 2 different browsers. For some reason the top portion of the site does not seem to be rendering correctly. I did not see a link to sign up or anything related to Membership Pro. Perhaps others have the same experience. If that is the case it may part of the problem you are experiencing.

Tuan has given a great explanation of getting people to use Membership Pro. You need them to subscribe even if its free to see some of the content. You can restrict content differently so free members see some while paid members see it all.

Getting them to register for a free subscription is a great way to build a list of potential customers. Using MailChimp or something similar with Membership Pro then allows you to reach those potential customers in the future. Membership Pro has load of features that can help you.

Thanks John, can I ask you did you use https or http? I had the rendering problem when I had a script blocker on. The component seems not to work with a http address. Also were you able to see the horizontal menu .... you can't use Mem Pro if you can't see it. Do you mind sending a screenshot of what you see? Thanks for the response. John

You still need to subscribe to see the pages .... it is free for the first month. Were you able to see the whole site or did you have a rendering problem like John Willems?
