Subscription renewal discount

Any news on this one ? It's a feature that would be great to have.

It has not implemented yet. I will see if I can add it to the next release which I am working on at the moment (completely forgot about this one, sorry)

Is this update happening I the next version? I have about 3000 members who I need to renew and we want to offer a discount (reduced cost, not percentage) if they renew before the expiry date. We're on 2.10.2

I have the code implemented and it will be available in next release 2.11.0 (should be released in about one week or so)

When you add/edit a plan, there will be a new setting called Early renewal discounts. You setup multiple discount rules here, each rule contains two parameters:

1. Number days left (it is number days left from his current subscription for the plan)

2. Discount (by fixed amount or by percent)

The idea is the earlier renewal, he will get more discount amount for the renewal (if configured). Hope it can be used for you

Looks good, two small questions about how it works.
Are the two rules independent of each other ?
If the renewal discount days left option was set to 1 and discount at 10%, would renewal at anyt ime before the 1 day get the discount applied ?

1=> When someone renew subscription, there will only one rule applied (it is the rule with max discount amount)

2=> Yes, if you set to 1 and discount 10%, then yes, renew any time before subscription expired 1 day will get discount

Excellent, this will remove our need to use coupons a per this thread CLICKY but it still would be good to have that option available.
