PayPal Forcing Users to Create An Account

I'm using Membership Pro and PayPal standard on two sites and on one site it allows users to pay without creating a PayPal account but on the other it's asking them to create a PayPal account and I wondered if you'd come across this before...?

It is handled by PayPal and I don't know about it. Are the two sites use the same PayPal account?

I googled and someone said that adding an extra parameter might solve it. You can get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_osmbership/plugins folder, then check it again to see whether it works?

Otherwise, I guess you would have to contact PayPal and ask them about it
