Hi there, we just purchased Membership pro for our Joomla site.
We are looking at your online documentation: membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/joomla-groups-integration
Under Joomla Groups Integration, we are getting stuck on a certain step.
When we edit Membership Pro - Joomla Groups Plugin, nothing appears below it. Please see screenshot.png attached to this topic.
Any ideas?
I look forward to your reply.
Thanks,
Jason

Hi Jason
You just have to have that plugin published. Then go to Membership Pro -> Subscription Plans, add/edit a subscription plan, you will see a tab choosing Joomla user groups for subscribers of that subscription plan...
Regards
Tuan

Hi Tuan, excellent thank you so much.
I ended up creating a group called Subscriber under registered user group in Joomla.
I then followed your instructions in your last post.
Now how do I make it so "only" subscriber group users can access a certain page ? e.g. membership portal page.
I look forward to your reply.
Thanks,
Jason

Not sure what's the page you are talking about? Is it a Joomla article ? Or a menu item?
Please let me know so that I can guide you further

Hi Tuan thanks for the quick reply.
We want to do both, have a article that only members can see, and a menu item.
Can you please give instructions for both.
I look forward to your reply.
Thanks,
Jason

Hello Jason
The solution is using Joomla core ACL. See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/resour...sing-joomla-core-acl
With that setup, edit the article, menu item, set Access Level to Subscribers
Then only subscribers can see these articles/menu items
