can I edit the membership approval email was created by Ric McDonald
I cannot see this in any of the editable email fields, currently the approval request email simply gives the Name email and user name of a membership application, I need it to give our administrators a full copy of the applications.
I am sure that it is somewhere in the system but i have not found it yet,
I have looked through the Emails and Messages and also looked at each plan email options

I can see that as membership pro currently uses the Joomla account activation this will need to be edited in the system,
What I then need to do is add code to the jooomla activation email that draws data from the membership pro data base, Can this be done.
Alternatively direct the admin to a report which displays the full application detail, this may be a better option, if so how do I create a report on current applications not yet activated in Joomla so that admin can review the applications before approving them?

Hello Rick
This is a hard question. Before give you the answer, could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the subscription form
I will look at the setting of your plan and give you the possible solution. I am thinking that we should use Membership Pro to send email instead of using Joomla core as there is no way to show Membership Pro data in Joomla email
Regards,
Tuan

Thanks Tuan I will submit a ticket shortly, I agree with you that it would be wise to be able to send this from within Membership Pro and include the membership information in the email.
