Subscription reminder emails was created by James Brew
How do I switch off these emails completely? For example, if I just wish to send out one not three?

Hi James
Edit the plan, you will see 3 settings:
- Send First Reminder
- Send second Reminder
- Send Third Reminder
You can enter 0 into Send second Reminder and Send Third Reminder and only the first reminder email will be sent for subscribers of that plan
You can do the same for all other plans

Hello James,
I have been looking at using this feature, and found your entry in the forum useful. While I am not a database expert, I would assume that the database needs to have entries in all three fields, but as they are all set to exactly the same time, the database system will only allow one email to be sent, because by the time the first one has sent (may programally take a second) the time has passed and therefore the rest of he emails will not be sent.

Hello James
There are two things can cause this result:
1. Maybe the data is recorded before you disabled the plugin
2. The other case is that you might renewed the subscription for that plan. Then the system mark the data for these fiends so that in case you enable reminder, the system won't send reminder to that subscription record again
Hope the explanation is clear to you
Regards,
Tuan
