Upgrading Free Subscription to Paid not expiring

Hi!

I noticed that when I go to upgrade to a higher package say from a Free one to a paid subscription if I were to go to my memberships tag it will still show the first subscription package upgrade even though its listed as expired....

It looks like theres some check that isnt happening or taking place to check to see if the package has expired????

I then tested it by making the free membership a one year membership and making sure that the upgrade did not prorate it but still it showed that upgrade option even though the membership has expired...





Could someone please look into this?
