Paypal Transaction ID was created by AdinaG
In testing the upgrade function of the latest update to 2.7.1 I found a bug?
It took several tests to see it but in my last test I simply added .01 cent to the recurring payment to be sure and found that the Transaction ID that is listed in the Joomla Admin interface does not match the transaction ID listed in the subscribers PayPal account.
The transaction ID are
Site Admin: 7VNALSNOZOY4T9YX
Subscriber PayPal: 518342926F760613V
Shouldnt these match?
I also noticed that on my email confirmations going to both the subscriber and admin the the transaction ID doesn't display at all when the email is being populated with the [SUBSCRIPTION_DETAIL]
Can you please review this and correct?

I have created another test and here are the screenshots of all the confirmations and PayPal accounts to show what I am getting in the form of a transaction ID
On the site confirmation page I get the Transaction ID of DYO2UEITLN9JH6OF
In Joomla Admin I get a Transaction ID of DYO2UEITLN9JH6OF
In the test Sellers PayPal account there is NO Transaction ID that matches the one from admin
In the confirmation email to the buyer I get Nothing
In the buyers PayPal I get the Transaction ID 1CN15680Y8583921S
I search in the sellers account for the transaction id that was given to the buyer of 1CN15680Y8583921S and got this...
So it does use the same transaction id apparently...
Yes, I will submit a ticket to check why the emails aren't showing the transaction ID.
