About recurring subcription plan

Hello,

I have enabled recurring subscription functionality on my site, but still one of my 2weeks free trail plan do not get auto renewed. Once the 2weeks free trial is over, this should continues with monthly plan. In plan configuration, Do I need to enable 'Enable Renewal' option along with 'Recurring subscription?'. Please see the screenshot. As I recall, documentation/forum suggest that when 'Recurring subscription?' is enabled 'auto renew' option should be disabled. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I think this is a simple issue, but this will impact my site a lot as I lose my customers. Please let me know, I can give you full access details of the site if needed.

Edit:
I have checked stripe payments and found out that there are 3 payment for trail membership, but I am not receiving any emails and users are not able to access content as the renewed plan details are not recorded in membership pro.
